Elmers Money Method follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on advertising, endorsements, testimonials and earnings claims. This page explains how we present our product, how we may be paid, and what you should and should not take from anything on this site.
Affiliate disclosure, in one paragraph
Assume we may earn a commission. Some links on this site and inside the members area are affiliate links, which means a third-party company may pay us if you click one and buy or sign up. Those third-party products are not Elmers Money Method products. We did not make them, we do not run them, we do not control their pricing or their terms, and mentioning one is not a guarantee about it. That commission does not change the price you pay.
The members area teaches affiliate marketing
This matters twice over, so we say it plainly. What the members area teaches, after the setup, is affiliate marketing — earning a commission by sending someone to another company’s product. Two things follow from that:
- We may be an affiliate too. The networks, marketplaces, tools and products named in the lessons may pay us a commission when a customer signs up or buys through our link. Some mentions are affiliate links. You should assume any outbound link to a commercial product may be one.
- If you do this, the same rules apply to you. Anyone who promotes a product as an affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they may earn a commission, in a place a reader will actually see it, and must not make income claims or describe results they have not had. That is the FTC’s requirement, not our house rule, and it applies to your posts, videos, emails and pages. The lessons tell you to disclose. Whether you do is on you.
Who you are buying from
Elmers Money Method is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or programme, any bank, any internet provider, any phone carrier, any employer or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party companies named inside the members area. Our own product is Elmers Money Method at $47 and the optional upgrades offered after it. Everything else you are shown is somebody else’s product, and we say so wherever it appears.
How we may be paid
You should assume Elmers Money Method may receive money when you buy something through this site or through the members area, including our own products and, where applicable, products or services from third parties. Some links are affiliate links. Some placements are paid placements. Either way, the price you pay is the price that company sets.
Why you still see them
Outside products are mentioned because a customer might find them useful, and in some cases because they pay a commission. Both of those things can be true at once, and you should weigh any offer on its own merits and read its own terms before you sign up. A link to, or a mention of, another company is not an endorsement of it.
Testimonials and examples
Any testimonial, case study, example or story on this site describes one person’s experience. It is not typical, and it is not a promise or prediction that you will have the same or a similar result. Where someone was given the product free, paid for their time, or stands to benefit from appearing, that is a material connection and we disclose it where it applies. Some material on this site is dramatized and may use actors, synthetic voices or synthetic imagery; where that is the case it is labelled on the page it appears on.
Earnings and income
We make no guarantee of earnings, income or results of any kind. Any figure on this site, in the members area or in a third-party programme — including any “up to” amount and any per-task rate — is an illustration and not an estimate of what you will earn. Results are not typical and individual results vary. Most people who buy products like this one earn little or nothing. Past results, ours or anyone else’s, do not predict future results. Anyone who promotes Elmers Money Method must disclose that they may earn a commission, must not make income claims, must not imply any government, bank, internet provider or phone carrier connection, and must not invent results. We make reasonable efforts to see that our affiliates follow these guidelines and we remove those who do not — but we cannot control everything a third party says.
